What is the refund/return policy?

At LittleLots. all pieces are specially embroidered to order, making each item unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, or spelling errors provided to us at checkout. Please ensure you are double checking the spelling before ordering. 

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with your order details and a clear photo of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will
- Cover the return postage costs, and
- Provide you with either a full refund or a replacement item (your choice).

Why is there stabaliser on the blanket?
To make sure your baby's name looks neat and remains looking beautiful, we use cut away stabaliser behind the embroidery. This type of stabaliser remains in place permanently, giving the stitches extra strength.

Is there a limit to how many letters/names I can add?
We recommend keeping names or messages concise so the embroidery stays clear. If you have a longer request, contact us and we'll work with you.

Can I iron the blanket?
Yes! But avoid direct contact with the embroidered design and stabaliser. Iron on low heat from the reverse or use a cloth over the embroidery.

How long will it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship your order within 3 - 4 business days. If your order is urgent, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do for you.

How long will my order take once shipped?
Standard Shipping within Australia: Estimate 3 - 5 Business days (not including production time).
Express Shipping within Australia: Estimate 1- 4 Business days (not including production time).
